Teresa - I can't even begin to thank you enough for helping me get over my fear of water. After more than 50 years of being afraid to have fun like everyone else, then watching my children then grandchildren from the side of the pool or lake and not being able to particpate, I was lucky to find you. When a major vacation event was coming up I was desperate to try to get rid of my paralizing fear. After two sessions, I had so much fun in the water, not just standing but white water rafting, swimming and all the wonderful things everyone else enjoys. I was so thrilled and felt so safe and free for the first time in my life. I will be eternally grateful to you for making that possible. I never thought this would work as great as it did. Now, I can't wait to be in the water again (and show off) Thank you so very much..

"Thank you for my sessions.. since my session with you, I am able to go outside without a scarf or contractors mask over my face, to keep from coughing.
before if the temperatures got around 40 degrees I had to cover my mouth to warm the air to keep from coughing.
I am able to breath so well now.."
